System Functional Capabilities

  1. Flow Rate Control – Precise regulation of electrolyte pump flow into the stack, with optional real-time monitoring using a liquid mass flow meter (MFM).

  2. Temperature Control – Anode/Cathode – Independent control of anode and cathode electrolyte temperatures, including integrated heating and cooling (HEX or fan).

  3. Stack Temperature Control – Dedicated temperature control for single-cell stack applications.

  4. Back Pressure Control – Automated management of electrolyte tank pressure or closed-loop pressure control.

  5. Differential Pressure Control – Maintains accurate pressure differential between anode and cathode sides.

  6. Electrolyte Concentration Control – Real-time monitoring of electrolyte conductivity or concentration, with optional automatic adjustment.

  7. Automatic Electrolyte Tank Refill – Water level or concentration detection with automated refill functionality.

  8. N₂ Purge – Nitrogen purging for system shutdown or safety-critical conditions.

  9. Gas Chiller Control – Supports external chiller integration and real-time chiller temperature monitoring.

  10. Condensing Water Drain – Equipped with manual or fully automatic condensate drain functions.

  11. Self-Discharge Function – Automatic discharge when the electrolyzer enters a stop or safe mode.

  12. External Power Supply Data Logging – Compatible with external power supply data acquisition, including KIKUSUI, Gamry, and Kolibrik systems.

Basic Monitoring Functions

  1. Stack Electrical Performance – Real-time monitoring of stack voltage and current.

  2. Stack Thermal & Pressure Parameters – Measurement of inlet and outlet temperatures and pressures.

  3. Electrolyte Tank Temperature – Continuous monitoring of electrolyte tank temperature for safe and stable operation.

Optional Monitoring Functions

  1. Cell Voltage Monitoring (CVM) - Advanced cell-level voltage measurement for assessing stack health and performance.

  2. Product Gas Flow Measurement - monitoring of hydrogen, oxygen or syngas production flow rates. 

  3. Cross-Gas Contamination Detection - measurement of O₂ in H₂ and H₂ in O₂ concentrations for enhanced safety and diagnostics.

  4. Safety Sensor Integration – Support for hydrogen, oxygen, smoke, and leak detection sensors.
